Schedulers / Planners

We are continuously looking for experienced Schedulers and Planners to support large-scale industrial, infrastructure, energy, and construction projects. As a key member of the Project Management Team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules throughout all project phases, from engineering and procurement to installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules and baselines.

• Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance against milestones and contractual requirements.

• Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and opportunities, and propose mitigation or recovery actions.

• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning teams.

• Consolidate and analyze progress data and prepare schedule updates and project reports.

• Support project controls, change management, claims processes, and resource planning activities.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment of schedules and priorities.

• Participate in project meetings and communicate schedule impacts, constraints, and improvement opportunities.

• For senior-level roles, provide guidance and support to junior planners and planning team members.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within industrial, construction, energy, infrastructure, or similar sectors.

• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, critical path methodology, and progress measurement.

• Experience with planning tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary project environments.
